Rozale Sewduth joined TIPS in 2010 and has since become a driving force behind its events and training portfolio. She leads the delivery of impactful national and international conferences, policy dialogues, and training programmes: creating spaces where ideas are exchanged, perspectives are challenged, and policy is shaped. Known for her ability to bring complex initiatives to life, Rozale combines strategic insight with strong execution. Her expertise spans project coordination, contract management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every programme is both seamless and meaningful.
Earlier in her career at TIPS, she contributed to the Community Work Programme during its transition to the Department of Cooperative Governance, and played a role in developing the TIPS Geographical Information System community mapping tool. With experience in South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom, Rozale brings a global perspective to her work. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and Administration, and has further strengthened her skills through training in Project Administration at the University of Cape Town and certification in Strategic Event Management
